Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, HR business partnering, HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that Pink Adrak attracts, retains, and develop
Responsibilties
- End-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Talent management and development programs
- Performance evaluations and feedback
- HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Benefits administration and compensation analysis
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
- Proven 2 year experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additonal information
- Day Shift
- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month
- Occasional travel required from Mumbai to Surat once a month
- Travel allowance will be provided
