Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, HR business partnering, HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that Pink Adrak attracts, retains, and develop

Responsibilties

  • End-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboardingž
  • Talent management and development programsž
  • Performance evaluations and feedbackž
  • HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keepingž
  • Employee relations and conflict resolutionž
  • Benefits administration and compensation analysisž
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Master’s degree preferredž
  • Proven 2 year experience as an HR Manager or similar rolež
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment lawsž
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsž
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationž
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilitiesž
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additonal information

  • Day Shift
  • Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month
  • Occasional travel required from Mumbai to Surat once a month
  • Travel allowance will be providedž
